Description

Clean Lube Solutions’ trolley mounted in-line heaters are designed for use on mineral and synthetic oil systems where oils and fluids require heating to lessen viscosity, whilst maintaining a consistent flow rate. These heater units are low maintenance and easy to install ensuring an efficient and easily regulated transfer or kidney loop oil heating system.

Clean Lube Solutions 5kw to 25kw circulation (inline) heaters regulate and control fluid temperature and viscosity at a steady and measured flow rate in which the temperature is able to be modulated by the operator.
A smaller oil heater such as the 7kw system is typically used on small to medium systems up to 5,000 litres to assist with flushing, filtration or water removal devices.
The larger oil heater such as an 18kw system is used on turbine oil or large systems of 8,000 litres or more to assist with flushing, filtration or water removal devices.
