Clean Lube Solutions range of mobile filtration units are available in sizes to suit both high and low viscosity oils with flow rates from 5 litres per minute to 2000+ litres per minute and can be manufactured to your specifications should you require a specialised model.

Clean Lube Solutions’ filter carts and trolleys are constructed with a range of inclusions and options including a drip tray, fork tines, quality Pall filtration SRT elements, element micron to suit, sample valve, camlock fittings, ball valves, pump pressure gauge, inlet pressure gauge, filter differential blockage gauge, filter blocked lights, emergency stop/start button, up to 10 metres of electrical cable, either single, 3 phase or air driven and variable speed drive depending on the unit most suited to your specific needs. Custom solutions can be fabricated to suit your requirements.

APPLICATIONS

Clean Lube Solutions range of portable filter trolley’s are designed for transfer of fluids from drums to equipment or lubrication systems as well as recirculation or kidney loop filtration of oil machinery. Mobile filter units are required due to machine oil cleanliness levels not sufficient due to existing filters or there are no system filters installed.

Hand Held Drum Dispensing Unit

Clean Lube Solutions light weight hand held filter unit is fabricated to carry and position near difficult to access locations and is able to filter small volumes of high viscosity fluids using quality Pall SRT filtration.
Designed and manufactured in Australia to the highest standards the Clean Lube Solutions’ hand held filter unit is designed to efficiently kidney loop small oil systems up to 80 litres in volume. Mobile filter units are required where machine oil cleanliness levels are not sufficient due to existing filters or where no system filters are installed.
Suitable for Drum Transfers, Drum Cleaning, System Top-ups and System Kidney Loop Filtration.

Filter Trolley 25lt Mining Version

Description:
Clean Lube Solutions mining specification version (MS) 25 lpm filter trolley has been designed to operate around the clock in harsh, dusty or moisture laden environments. Suitable for all oils, mineral or synthetic, that are compatible with nitrile rubber seals. Oil viscosities up to ISO 680 down to ambient temperatures can be used. The filter trolley can be utilised as a mobile trolley and moved between oil systems or as a fixed unit for an individual oil system. A range of optional extras are available.
