TAP Dispensing / PNEUMATIC IBC Dispensing

Description
This Intermediate Bulk Container pneumatic, tap Dispensing Panel has been designed by Clean Lube Solutions to enable the safe and effortless transfer of filtered new oils from IBC’s to dispensing containers (see Fluid Transfer Containers page).
The fully integrated powder coated aluminium panel is suitable for oils up to and including 460cSt, includes a drip tray and can kidney loop the IBC via the filter.
The sturdy, easily relocatable panel comes as a complete system with dispensing tap, pneumatic piston pump, lockable air regulator, surge suppressor, drip tray (bund), IBC drop tube and desiccant breather, and is fitted with quality Pall filtration & SRT elements (micron rating to suit).
Changing to a new IBC is quick and easy with the quick connect camlock suction system and valve which minimises the chance of spills.

This sturdy, heavy duty powder coated, easily relocatable panel comes as a complete package with pneumatic piston pump, air regulator, surge suppressor, drop tube & desiccant breather, dispensing gun, drip tray and 3 metres of dispensing hose. Fitted with quality Pall filtration & SRT elements with micron rating to suit.
HOSE REEL / PNEUMATIC

This solid powder coated panel is easily relocatable for multi use and comes as a complete setup including pneumatic piston pump, air regulator, surge suppressor, drop tube, desiccant breather, hose reel and drip tray and is fitted with quality Pall filtration & SRT elements with micron rating to suit.
